Authenticator/ recovery codes

I literally not able to log into my store.

Its Asking for an authenticator code/recovery code which I don't have.

I'm not impressed with customer care at all at shopify.  I'm going round in a circle. I'm not to able to chat to a human.   I'm paying for something I can't use.
