Auto-rotate feature on announcement bar in Craft Theme, not working

Hi Everyone,

I would like to ask about the issue I have faced about Auto-rotate feature on announcement bar in Craft Theme, not working.

I have spoken to the support advisor and thinks had refer me to the community.

Hoping someone would be able to assist on this.

I would assume that since is it showing as an option on the craft theme that it should work but unfortunately.
