Automatically Pull Inventory data into Google Sheets

Hello,

I am looking for a way to automatically pull and sync our current product inventory counts into an existing Google Sheet to help with forecasting and sales analysis. I thought Zapier would be able to do this but couldn't see a trigger or anything that would read product/variant information. If there's an app that can do this that is priced realistically for this single task, that would be preferred since I don't have a background in development and don't really know how to code 😅.

Does anyone know how to do this?

It is quite technical especially if you don't code.

You can call the Shopify API for your stock and create a webhook (you can use Postman - you need to pay a few $ / month to access this) then use this webhook to Zapier to get the results and do your googlesheet.

Not an exact solution for your problem but I have been in your situation so we made a dead simple and easy to use inventory forecasting app (that doesn't cost an arm and a leg) and we are currently on-boarding a few early testers in exchange for 6 months of free trial. You can use our "Export" function to export the inventory count to Google Sheets, but this won't assist with forecasting and sales analysis. For this purpose, you will need to establish an export feed.

If you are interested, syncX: Stock Sync can directly export products from your Shopify store to Google Sheets by mapping the required fields. To ensure accurate synchronization, you need to map the SKU and quantity fields.
