Automation Workflow Issue

Hi there,

I am currently having an issue where with my workflow. I have an error message appear saying "Condition(s) in this workflow are not using matching array items. To resolve this, edit your nested criteria. Select the matching variable under the "Array items" header in the variable picker." 

I have already tried playing around with the different tag variable names to "at least one of" and "equals to" but the error is still appearing. Can someone please help with this?

Hi @infinitysleep I have tried setting up the same flow and it is working fine and not showing any error at my end

It seems like the condition you are using at your end is not correct or you are not using the correct variable in the condition. You should try to delete the current flow and then add the new flow with the correct conditional variable.

If you will unable to implement the same then I'm happy to do this for you, let me know. I can create the flow so that this will work well for you.

It's for a pop-up app called Ecomm send. So there must be something wrong in the condition here?

Hm weird that it's throwing that error. Not sure if this is it but I think you might be fine with using equals on the Tags item condition.
