AWS Connect Error Not available for this integration

Hello everyone,

I'm facing a recurring issue while trying to integrate AWS Connect with Shopify for our customer profile synchronization. Despite following the steps outlined in the AWS documentation , I'm encountering a "Not Available for This Integration" error. Additionally, the connection URL is returning a 404 error.

Here's what I've done so far:

  1. Ensured all prerequisites are met as per the AWS guide.
  2. Configured the integration settings exactly as instructed.
  3. Double-checked the API keys and permissions on both ends.
  4. Created a Dead Queue Line using AWS SQS 

Despite these efforts, the error persists. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any insights on what might be going wrong or steps I might have overlooked would be greatly appreciated!

I also get a 404 error when i go to the Connection URI in connect  it shows a 404 error
