Back up entire shopify store

Hi,

Is there anyway to back up the shopify store: products with images ect and all that . So when you wanna restore its all there ?

Thanks for your question.

You can export CSV files from your Shopify admin to back up your store information. You can combine these CSV files with other data (for example, a copy of your theme) to create a backup or duplicate of your store. Feel free to learn more about that here. thanks for this but does backing up the them back up all the images used for the products ?

Backing up the theme file will not backup product images themselves. Product images will need to be exported and saved outside of Shopify if you want to have a copy of them outside of the platform. If you deactivate a store account on the platform you can safely recover it at any time within 2 years as well.

Ok thanks, any idea how to export the images ?

I dont mind deactivate the store if it keeps all the info for 2 years, I take it I dont get charged then  >

No problem! In the case that you wanted to to export your product images, you'll need to ensure that they are hosted on a publicly accessible URL; the images are not included in the CSV file but can be linked in it. 

That is correct, if you plan to deactivate your store while keeping all information, you won't be charged, and you can restore it anytime within two years to ensure seamless access.
