Has anyone else had issues with Shopify customer service? I contacted them 2 ½ weeks ago and was told I’d receive an email response within 3 business days, but no one ever followed up. Since then, I’ve reached out four more times, and each time they say someone will email me, but still nothing.
This is extremely urgent because I buy and sell websites using Shopify, and I sold a website over two weeks ago. The new owner has been waiting all this time, and if this isn’t resolved soon, the transaction could be canceled, and I’d lose a significant amount of money.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get this resolved quickly? Thanks in advance!
