I have been in Chat support conversations with different agents since March 10th, and absolutely no resolution to them taking my website down by mistake.
First, I couldn't access my account to make changes for a new marketing campaign. Then they said payments weren'r made which I proved were made. At this time I'm still being hosted by Shopify but no one can figure out why I can't access the store. Then they decide to refund me and boom, down goes my store. Days and weeks of my life have gone into trying to restore my store and I get the same bs - this will be escalated, someone will email you with resolution. I get NOTHING!!!! And these guys are busy advertising all over social media? DON'T DO IT!!!! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH SHOPIFY, IT IS AWFUL
I'm curious how these volunteers propose to help. Other than dealing with the chatbot help and "escalating" tickets, what else is there? I ask because I've been trying to get a response for a month now.
I haven't received any support whatsoever. These guys are advertising like crazy on Instagram and don't look after the current customers. It is terrible. I also have a website with GoDaddy and get immediate phone support, and they now also have a store. Bye-bye, Shopify!!!!!
