Balance Account Credit Card Closing

Looking for help. I've had my site for years and typically love shopify, I've even created 2 more stores in the last year. Recently though I found that shopify created a balance account and credit card for me. I know I did not do this especially during my busiest season. Shopify support is also saying they did not open it so it's a mystery. The part I'd like help with is closing these accounts. There are no outstanding balances or anything. Shopify support has been giving me the run around for 3 weeks and now I'm in a "queue". The lack of support for a financial account and credit card is really alarming. I feel like several banking violations must be occurring. Does anyone know if I can shut these down with Celtic bank or stripe? This feels like a Wells Fargo situation and I'm concerned.
