How do we get  someone from shopify to verify charges  that are being deducted from my account, can customer service contact me

Any charge will be invoiced to your account which can be viewed in Settings/Billing. Are you seeing any charges in the Billing section that you don't agree with?

My concern is that is have noticed a numerous amount of deductions from Shopify on my business account

I understand. Have you had a chance to review the invoices in Settings/Billing? Are there questions about the charges that have appeared there? Deductions could also come from Shopify Payments if you are refunding a number of orders.
