Good evening, I have an account and business on Shopify La Caribeña Cosmetics and according to Shopify am unable to receive my first payout due to my bank information being entered wrong. That is completely incorrect as I have not changed my bank information at any point and have checked and verified that the account and routing numbers entered are correct and still am unable to receive any pay outs. 
Please redirect me to a live support phone number or email in order to correct the issue.
