Hello , Community how are you just want to share with an issue that i am facing right now which is i started a basic plan 1 dollar for 3 months and 30 dollars for the rest but i surprised when they asked me to pay 30 dollrs after 1 month like the payment plan changed randomly.

If you were charged the full subscription price after signing up for the promotional offer, you will want to connect with us directly. This will allow our support team to take a closer look, as we wouldn't have access to any account details through the Community. Hi blair thanks for your response, and now unfortunately my store is frozen until I pay the bill So i can not access to my Store now.
