Been scammed but can't get any help from Shopify

I need help. I purchased a signed CD from what I thought was an affiliated Kehlani store in the Shop App, but the order never went through after weeks of purchase. I was using my shop cash to purchase. The confirmation email came from a gmail account (customerservice.mpw@gmail.com) and directed later to the store:

https://kehlanistore.com/ but the real store is this: https://store.kehlani.com/. I have sent many emails by replying to my confirmation and using the "contact us" option on the site. I need a cancelation done and feel my shop cash and money was stolen. Please advise.

I am a customer. I cannot get a hold of anyone from the shop I purchased
and the real Kehlani store has no affiliation. I say real because I had no
idea I wasn't purchasing from her online store.

I’ve been having the same problem with that Kehlani store. What’s funny is that i have received 2/3 orders i made from that site. But that third order I’ve been waiting on it since october.
