Can someone please help me with stopping monthly charges on a deactivated stores. This has gone on for over six months and there is no way to address it from my profile, which clearly shows I have no active stores. The bills are not showing up in my statements either. It is as if you guys did not stop the recurring payments with your processor. I would like to be refunded as well.

My store is deactivated and I’m having monthly payments deducted. The support team is AI and completely unhelpful
Agreed, an absolute scam. They keep deducting funds from me too for a deactivated store
Same here. I can not get anyone to help. Shopify deactivated my store saying it's in some violation but there really is no violation. They followed up with a sorry, we'll activate it email, and still for months now, my site is down. i paid my annual membership and i do not want to be charged by shopify again
