Best Organic & Paid Traffic Strategies For A New Business

Hi,  my website is very new (only around 2 weeks old) so I am not under any illusion that I should have multi millions of pounds in the bank just yet - that said I am wondering what other BUSINESSES have found to work for them in regards to getting the traffic to you.

It would be very interesting to hear what established, successful businesses did to begin with and what they found to be the most lucrative in the end.

From what I have read, to begin paid google and social media ads are good however this can be tricky to get the hang on especially when the business and brand is your own (we make our own food based products - though they are niche - vegan, veggie, gluten, salt free and many are sugar free too).

The other I have read is very good - SEO however this can take some time to achieve and register for the keywords - just wondering how long on average this has taken people and how people have achieved this?

Be great also to hear about other companies success stories and how you found the progression from start up to fully fledged business 🙂  (sometimes it can be a little disheartening when starting out to not be achieving as much as what you believed you would be - so some perspective would be great)

I've been this month speaking with important startups that now are big e-commerce, and everyone is telling me to focus in creating community first. 

You have a product that is perfect to create a community around it.

Why community? 

It's easy to say, when someone believes in your product and loves your product, he will share it with everyone he knows. 

In conclusion, the Word of mouth can be perfect when you don't want to use a lot of paid media.
