product upload: Whats the best practice to read masterfiles and convert them into shopify format quickly without doing any manual work.

Hi @Darshana_235

I would approach it using custom Python scripts to get your images, convert them and post them to the Shopify API. It gets a bit more complicated if you want each image to go to the correct product rather than just being uploaded to your Shopify files in my opinion. But the answer is APIs
