All things Shopify and commerce
I have a shop that was previously designed to accommodate online apparel orders and delivery. I've switched to a digital download where buyers can purchase the vector files and make their own apparel. After building out the new digital product listings and using FileMonk to deliver the vector files as a download by email after checkout, it just feels really clunky on the user experience. Does anyone have a better theme or store set up suggestion that would allow for better UX? For example, something where the transaction is easier and more transparent to the user? Or where they can immediately download the file directly from the site as opposed to the email? Thanks in advance. WOD Apparel and Gear - Kill WOD's Save Dogs – LabweRx Apparel - Est. 2016
Have you looked at Shopify's own Digital Downloads App?
As far as I remember, It has an option to allow customers to download digital files directly from the Orders status page.
