Hi,
The day before my reserve was lifted, there was much more money on my balance than now. There was an amount of money in 'reserved money' and an amount of money on my balance.Although the payout of my reserved funds seems to be correct, the remaining amount on our balance is significantly lower than before and there seems to be a large discrepancy. It seems that Shopify deducted the "reserved" money from my balance while these two amounts are separate.
Shopify doesn't help me in the chat and I was wondering if anyone has faced the same issue and got it fixed. Let me know!

Since this is an account and billing issue, the best course of action is to keep an open communication with Shopify support team. You can ask question and further explanation why this happened. This kind of issue is case to case basis.

Hi, was you able to resolve the issue?
I'm in the same situation now, I got an email saying my reserved balance has been lifted, then I checked it was a pending payout from my reserved balance, the next day, my payout balance was all gone. Before that I had over $35k in payout balance and $37k in reserved. Now I don't know what to do but contacting them, no help so far. Feeling like I'm being scammed.
