Big drop in checkout conversion

Hello, 

Have taken over a Shopify store and have noted that the funnel has a quite large drop when it comes to checkout conversions. Over 80% that reached checkout don't convert.

I understand that this fluctuate between industries, but this seems rather high either way. What you ya'll think the reason is?
