Big Issues with live view , does not count customers

Hello ,
I'm having a big problem with Shopify's customer count (live view). It hardly counts any customers or counts selectively. I think this all started when my store became wordwide, it counted the customers of other countries but not my own country which I care about more. It only shows the cart when someone adds a product but not the customer. Also, from what I saw, it works properly with Internet Explorer, but it doesn't work properly with any other brownser. I contacted support but unfortunately I didn't get any help and this is all very disappointing because I think this tool should work very well. Please do you know if I can solve it somehow? has anyone faced the same problem..
