Hi , I want to talk to someone about my bill and I don’t know why you keep billing me because I don’t have any boutique, I don’t sell anything . We I trying to cancel my subscription you didn’t let me do it. I want you to cancel my subscription because I don’t need it.

In order to halt the charges, please log in on shopify. com, visit Settings > Plan, then click Deactivate store. If you do not have access to your account, search your email for the store URL, and log in using the “Forgot password” link and cancel directly from your admin dashboard.
