Billing and Plan

Dear All,

I need help here. I've selected a monthly Plan, however, Shipify took a yearly Billing Plan. When I contacted them to resolved an issue ,they deactivated my account. In short, they deactivated my account, the took my 312usd,and they did not say anything to me. It looks like i've lost everything i.e. my money, my Shopify store. Please, an assistance.

I'm sorry to hear about this situation, and I can understand the frustration you're feeling must be immense, considering the charges on top of what has occurred with your store. 

 

I'm interested in doing a dive to see if I can get you some additional information here. If possible, can you please reply to this post with the ticket number that was provided to you when you reached out to our team?
