I recently searched to find if there was a basic way to reply to comments on blogs - I found this thread https://community.shopify.com/c/shopify-discussions/how-do-i-respond-to-comments-on-blog-posts/m-p/5...
That was originally asked in 2019, a (now retired) member of staff was sending feedback to developers regarding this basic feature, but it seems that Shopify really doesn’t care about our customer service as much as we do?
Blogs are still very popular, and are a valuable marketing tool for product and service based businesses. Please give the people what they want.
I wonder if I write a blog about it, and get it in the press, might Shopify listen to us?

Yeah, why is it we can reply on here but not on our own shopify shops? Daft beyond measure. SURELY there must be a reason, they must be making money out of it somehow.

You are correct that this is not a feature currently available on the platform and that we are still providing feedback to our developers about this. The more feedback we receive the better chance that this feature will be included!

As you can see from her linking the old thread from 2019 there are a LOT of people giving feedback about this. Why would you have it possible to reply to messages on here and not on your blog? It's a no brainer to need comments and replies on a blog, surely you don't need to provide any other feedback than this being standard for ANY blog outside of shopify?
