Been months i chose shopify for business website but eventually sales didn’t happen much & couldn’t afford to the billing amount of month now today I decided to take a look through it is advising me to pay 50 $ of 2 month the first where i left off n second for this month. Just why now it seems like I couldn’t even afford it more, what if I don’t pay shopify never what would happen because 50 $ is hell alot

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I'm happy to provide some assistance with your request, to ensure it gets resolved.

 

When you first signed up for Shopify, you were asked to select from one of our paid Subscription Plans after completing your free trial period. These plans are billed on an annual or monthly basis, depending on what you've selected and are required in order to keep your shop active. 

 

If you've decided to pick-up where you left off, you will be required to settle any outstanding subscription fees in order to regain access to your shop. While I can completely understand how they may not be ideal, I'd encourage you to check out Frozen Shopify Stores document for more information on this. If this is not something you've able to continue with at this point in time, that is okay. Your shop however, will remain in a frozen state.
