I have a bill of $90 that I cannot pay because it was not what I had budgeted for. I did not want StoreSEO for a 18 month billing period. Shopify and Store SEO refuse to remove it from my bill. Now my payment keeps failing as I do not have the funds to pay $90. 

 

I just want the charge removed from my bill, how hard can that be.

Hi, 

I have chatted to 2 support advisors regarding this issue as I have been trying to resolve this since 3 May and they say that they cannot do anything without StoreSEO approving the charges be removed.

 

I contacted StoreSEO and I was copied on an email sent to Shopify support by StoreSEO approving the removal of this charge and nothing has been done since. This email was sent on 6 May. I am still awaiting assistance.

While I don't have any specific information on your situation, based off the information provided and the time of posting this, it has been one business day since this email was sent.
