You see I just been notified my 3 month trial has ended and I wished to have left Shopify there as I would be unable to afford to continue but before I can do so I have been billed about 1300 dollar and I don’t know what to do I can not afford to pay for the bill or know what I can do to deal with this I really need help

You will need to directly contact Shopify support team so, they can further check your account and refund that amount if possible. You can reach out to them by going through their Shopify Help Center and enter your concern on AI chat box, respond to it until the "I still need help" or "chat with a support advisor" option appear.
