I had opened a free trial store(by accident, English is my second language and I didn't really understand what it is)but I had never choose a plan, but for some reason I got a email with a bill of 61$ and I cannot close the store without paying the bill that I do not even understand why I got it!!

In this case, you will need to speak with our live support by navigating to our Help Center. When you arrive at the Help Center, you will need to make the virtual assistant be aware that you would like to Speak with support and you will be connected accordingly.
