I attempted to contact Shopify via it's chat bot, to resolve a billing issue that I have. I had several stores that I have started with Shopify that I couldn't continue because of life happen and those stores are closed, however, I keep getting billed for a Shopify store. The sad part about all of this is the fact that Shopify is a billion dollars company and they don't have a customer service department to deal with issues beyond the level of a chat box that keep asking you the same question. I attempted to connect to support advisor that the chat box provide but the link does not work. How can a billion dollar company not care about their customer issues. I need someone form Shopify to contact me before I do a chargeback.
