I received a message on my phone that shopify withdrew the monthly billings twice for the past 2 months, I want to know the account that this money was withdrawn for and I cant get this info through my bank

Have you used Shopify in the past and created a store? If so, when was the last time you logged in?

I’ve been using Shopify since December 2023 and I pay the monthly constant payment but the last 2 months shopify withdrew the monthly billings twice and it is only shown once in my shopify billings

Okay, I see. To confirm, you are only seeing one invoice per month in your store's billing section? Have you started a new store in the last couple of months?

no I have not had any activity on shopify other than my turath account so the money withdrawal was not done by me

Okay, thank you. In this case I would recommend contacting our support team directly as I cannot authenticate you here. Once authenticated, our team can access your store and view your billing information to try and locate the source of the charge.
