Hey im a new Shopify store owner and doing e commerce but my domain has been blacklisted and blocked to other customers, need help.

Which software, or which blacklist blocks your domain?

So far I tried visiting my website on opera and safari and it brings up the same problem. But my stores built on Shopify and I have a .com domain. So I’m not too sure

I tried opening your website on Safari and it works normally. So I think the website is blocked by the Internet provider.

To double-check, you can use a VPN software (for example 1.1.1.1). If you can open the website with VPN enabled, then surely your website is blocked by the local Internet provider.

I tried accessing your store, and everything appears to be in order for me.

It does indeed sound like to common denominator here is your network - a way to further test that would be for you to try and access your store from a different internet, such as mobile data.

If you're unsure how to change your settings and stop the site from getting blocked for you, I would recommend you contact your network provider, who will be able to guide you from there.
