Blank/white product pictures?

Hi Everyone,

We’re set to launch next week and I just viewed our shopify store and all the product images have turned to white/blank? When you click into the product photo it returns to it self. Have attached video so you can see what I’m talking about. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks 😊

Hi There,

We have just set up our shopify store and we have a few problems. 

1. we have no option to ‘create order label’ , we buy our prepaid postage labels from our local post office in Ireland but we want to print our orders address on our thermal printer but shopify isint giving us the option to do so. Can you help? 

2. we have set up our PayPal account and confirmed details with PayPal but when someone pays through PayPal, PayPal doesn’t take it for us. It asks us to collect the payment directly.
