Block Nigerian Shopify Scammers?

How do you block scammers asking to redesign your store? minimaxa.com 

Since I posted ads on Pininterest my chat has been flooded with scammers, even after blocking them they keep coming back in chat?

you block them, but they keep coming back, it does not really stop thier email/ip address from returning?

The same here. When I block them, they just use another IP address. Super persistent, to the point of irritation! I am finding it hard to be respectful.

I stopped being nice and you would think shopify would make it so you could block them but they have washed their hands of it to be honest

They said that in future they will add some type of blocking software. It should have come with the platform. But I think it may be a big job, plus, it doesn't guarantee them stopping. These criminals are persistent and desperate people. I've had one particular girl, Coming back in 5 different ways with 5 different emails. Not very original I always catch them out. This time, I told her to stop acting so desperate. Told her, what makes her think I will use someone all the way in Nigeria, when I can use someone in the UK. They don't think it through. So I now just tell them to sling a hook. Don't have the time to be nice anymore. She even sent mea link to some random shopify pet shop online. I am tired of it. 

Oh another trick I have found that is beginning to work, is to put in the questions and answers format, that we are not taking on any sales marketing, they will be all ignored, since we can't effectively block them.

Is her name Sarah Daniel? This Nigerian girl has been bugging me since August. The funny thing is she claims she has 5 years of experience but is not on any social media platform and even her Gmail photo is weird. We really need a prompt solution for this.

I got scammed by a nigerian scammer who said i needed a premium theme and offered to do seo and some other things for the shop. He charged me for a theme he did not purchase on shopify, instead uploaded. Now there is a restriction on the website layout, so I now have to resort to losing the money i payed for it. DO BE AWARE OF NIGERIAN SCAMMERS.
