Blocked from sending in support ticket or logging in

Hi there, I'm currently getting an error that states my account doesn't have permission to view this page when I try to login to my store from any account. That also means when I try to send in a help ticket and it asks me to verify which store I get that error. I tried reaching out directly to the support email and it told me that the only way I can contact support is via the AI bot that's not working. Please help!

To be very clear: I have tried clearing my cache, using different browsers, using different computers, using different users. Trying to the direct link to support provided by shopify support on twitter. I have tried using the direct email which sent back an automated reply. I also tried logging in with my phone off of the internet just the solid cell phone service signal. Same error.
