Blog Filter Menu

Hello!

I'm using Lorenza theme and this don't have Filter menu for Tags or Categories.

I only have access to tags inside de Blog Post wich doesn’t make much sense. I should have at least a Sidebar menu or even better, and this is what i'm searching for, a Tab Menu like in a portfolio or Gallery Page, so you could filter your content directly in the Blog Main Page (see image).

Does anybody can help me with this please?
