Blog Page Changes - Mobile and Desktop

Hello,

 I would like to change the colour theme of my blog post page, I would also like to centre the comments button down the bottom and change the button colour. Where it says "Leave a Comment" I would also like this to be upper case and smaller, and centred to match with the other headings.

On the desktop version, it is all off, I want to make the margins on the page even either size, maybe 50 px. and want to centre all text.  Please see screenshots. Thank you!
