Blurry and Missing Images on Website

We are using the Brooklyn theme for our website, which I now understand is vintage and not compatible with the current updates. In the past few days, we noticed that almost every photo on our website is blurry. We have been using this theme for over a year with no issues, and it just recently started to occur. Also, the images of our products are disappearing on the product pages. We do use an SEO company to do blog content etc and they do have authority to make changes on the website, but they said it wasn’t anything they did. I talked to the Shopify help center and they said to reach out to the developer of the theme. Any advice?
