Bought the domain but it isn't showing up

Hi everyone,

So I bought the domain directly through Shopify 2 days ago, and it is still not showing up under the Domains section. I tried 'connecting an existing domain' and it says there is already a store connected. Since it says it might take up to 48 hours for the domain to show up, I waited but even after 48 hours it is still not showing up.

You can get into contact with our live support by logging into your online store using the Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner.

 

Once you successfully login - you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the option to Get Support and speak directly with a Support Advisor about the domain.

I am having the same issue with my. is there no technical support team with shopift? I also need to setup my check-out and payment method but its not working.... Can someone help pls...
