Browser issue

My site isn't working properly for customers using Edge or Firefox. Specifically when they click on one of pictures or variants it doesn't change to the new image or adjust the price based on the variant. The only browser I see works is Chrome. I tested this myself and have the same issue. I am aware of the "clear the cache" suggestion but that really isn't something I can suggest to visitors to our site. Anyone have any suggestions? A Shopify advisor suggested and cleared the frontend cache on the Shopify end and it initially worked but it's right back to the issue again.

@AVID1 its JS function has to be refined, it is a long task.
