Bulk Create and Update Products

Is it possible to create new products and update existing products in one bulk import job?
Im using REST Admin API, for creating product,  however i have 50k+ records which is my its taking so much time to create those products.  i also have checked mutation. and saw its only creating product with some details like, id, title, desc,  vendor, and if i want to add images and variants i need to call other ImageCreate and VariantsCreate Mutation,  which is taking same time as Admin RestAPI.
