Bundle Item codes cannot count individual item

Hi, 

I created few bundle items package by using infinite options but it is difficult to track a total number of stock per each product since bundle gives us a separate code without tracking each product code count deduction. Is there a better way to make a bundle package and link to the original single item so that I do not need to deduct the inventory count from the bundle package every time when stock runs out?  I just one to update/edit one time for inventory change. Could you help?

Hi

Options apps don't let you control inventory as they don't manage the bundle SKUs individually. If you don't have more than 100 variants for your bundle then you can use a bundle app instead of options app.

Our bundle app let's you create bundles using the existing Shopify product options structure and you then set up what each variant contains in terms of SKU. Couple of things the app then does:

1. Inventory Management

Bundleup lets you connect up products to correct SKUs and we then update their inventory based on the component stock level.

2. Order Fulfilment

When you sell one of the bundles the stock levels of the components won't reduce automatically. What Bundleup does is update the order post purchase by replacing the bundle order line with the component SKUs as order lines which then reduces their stock. This then feeds into point 1 above where it updates the bundle products that contain these component SKUs.

We also offer a bulk csv file upload option so it is quicker to map all your bundles to correct SKUs.
