Bundle popup after click order button

Hello, 

Is there a module with the following functionality: after clicking the 'Order Now' button, a popup appears with bundle offers — a choice between 1, 3, or 5 units — with 3 units always pre-selected?

The online store is a landing page with multiple order buttons, so I only need a popup with bundle offers (1, 3, or 5 units, with 3 pre-selected) to appear after clicking the 'Order Now' button."
