I understand you're experiencing issues when adjusting the country/region section when selecting a subscription plan. When trying to select a country/region, is it completely greyed out and stays selected on Malaysia, or do you have the option of selecting other countries/regions? If you can share a screenshot of the section you're referring to, as I'd like to have a closer look?
In the meantime, could you try these troubleshooting steps to see if you're able to select a different country/region?
