Business tax id does not match company name error message

I'm getting the same error message "Business tax id does not match company name. Please ensure that your legal business name is exactly as registered with the IRS. DBAs ("doing business as" names) can not be used in this registration." When I input my EIN and business info. I wonder if it's because I have just registered this business account recently? Does anyone else also encounter this matter?

Please advise how to address this.
