BUY 1 GET 50% OFF EVERY ADDITIONAL ITEM

For black friday im running a buy 1 get 50% off every additional item

I need a discount that automatically applies this criteria, discounting the additional items while leaving the most expensive item full price.

For example products X Y Z are added to cart
X - $25
Y - $100
Z - $50

with this rule, it would be as follows
Y - $100
Z - $25 (50% off)
X - $12.5 (50% off)

How can I get this done?

You can easily create your requested campaign for black friday running a buy 1 get 50% off every additional item with BOGO + Buy X Get Y Free Gift

You can follow these steps:

• Access BOGO+ App:

  • Go to the BOGO+ app dashboard in Shopify.

• Create a New Discount Rule:

  • Navigate to the "Create Discount" or "Create Offer" section.

• Set the Rule Details:

  • Name: "Buy 1, Get 50% Off Additional Items"
  • Trigger Condition (Buy X):
    • Set "Buy 1" as the trigger. This will ensure the rule applies once at least one item is in the cart.
      • Offer Condition (Get Y):
        • Apply a 50% discount to "all additional items."

Cant get this to work mate

The discount needs to work for every item in the store automatically. no widgets, sections popups etc.

i want customers to be able to chose whatever they want in the store and just get a nice easy discount at the end
