yesterday i buy domain 15$ from shopify, but now i check my shop already inactive, how to fix this thanks..

i just start trying to do online sale, no physical store after the pandemic..

now they ask for everything that i want to start, hmmmmmmmmmmmm.................

may I ask one question: why shopify ask you to provide such documents?

Sounds like you created a site and then made a lot of sales. Simply provide the proof that you are in business and had inventory.
