Buying domain error

I get the error "The domain wasn't registered. Please try again." whenever I try to purchase a domain via shopify to automatically connect it to my store.

I checked the domain availability and it's available, so please help me with this issue.

Based on the screenshots you shared, it looks as though you're having issues with purchasing a domain. However, it looks to be available for purchase.

 

Could you try using a different card/payment method to complete the domain purchase? An additional measure is checking with your banking institution to ensure there are no issues on their end.
