Hi, @gkikz!
My name is Lilith, I'm on the Social Care team at Shopify.
This page usually indicates that there might be a domain situation that will need to be corrected. It will pop up often if a domain hasn't be chosen as a primary domain in your admin.
It looks like we’ll need to access your account in order to resolve this issue. While we’re not able to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community at this time, we’d be happy to continue assisting you through live chat, email, or callback. Please visit https://bit.ly/3cJkx8V and log in to your account to create a support request.
In order to save some time, and help the Support Advisor you speak with to pick up from where you and I have left off, I am going to provide you with a summary of the issue as I understand it. You can share this summary at the beginning of your conversation with the agent to bring you both up to speed and help to get your answers as quickly as possible.
Issue Summary: Unable to load site, missing primary domain
Since this is the next step I've marked this reply as the solution for the benefit of others who may discover this topic.
Be sure to provide the Support Advisor with the screenshot you have posted here. This will help them identify the issue quicker.
Have you assigned a custom domain to your business/store?
Let me know how you do with the information above!

Hi @Lilith
I actually have the exact same issue but for a client.
However, there already has been an assigned domain. Please refer to the screenshot.
This was happening while I was on the back end, adding a product.
I also am having this issue when attempting to import products...
FYI I figured my particular issue out. I had written a PHP script to generate my product import file... and it turns out I was adding an extra comma to the end of my line items... This will blow up the shopify import and present you with a problem loading page message.
Hope it helps someone else.
Just tell the truth. What Happen with our store. Already caht with 2 cs, but they only said wait our email. but there is no emaill 2 days since i contact them
For those running into this problem while trying to use the theme builder, Ive run into this a few times myself, and the fix that works every time is to remove language differentiation from whatever sections are triggering the error. It's often on labels or names within the schema in the section. so for instance this:
{
"type": "text",
"id": "ID",
"label": {
"en": "This is a label"
}
}
Needs to be changed to this:
{
"type": "text",
"id": "ID",
"label": "This is a label"
}
Once all of these in a section have been changed accordingly the section will work again.
Hi, im running into this problem for the entirety of my themebuilder. I note that this only happends on my apple devices at present.
It works fine on my windows/chrome device.
Any Thoughts?
