Hi all, myself Emmanuel Katto and I'm from Uganda. I have a store on shopify and the latest payment of my stores was reversed and I can't locate my store. I have entered new credit card details but need advice on how can I make the payment?
Hi Emmanuel Katto, May be you're using Shopify payments in a region where it's not supported.
Go to your Shopify admin panel and navigate to Settings > Payments. Ensure that you have a valid payment gateway selected and configured properly. Verify that your payment gateway account is active and all necessary information, such as API keys, are entered correctly.
