Can anyone recommend a Subscription app compatible with Zapiet

I use Zapiet as a date/time picker and it seems it does not work with Appstle.

I need to offer free pickup and $10 delivery for the subscription product.

Date incrementation is not an issue as we do that manually by customer request anyway.

Fingers crossed someone else has dealt with this headache!
