Can customers choose slogans for t-shirt customization on a POD printer?

I would like to present the customer with slogans that they can choose to place on a t-shirt they will select for purchase. is there a POD printer that allows for this? Or an app? I'll look forward to your thoughts.

If what you mean is that you want to allow your customers to be able to customize their designs on your POD store. Printful has a provision for that. Posterly Product Personalizer is another Shopify app that's a good match for your functionality.
